Legally Blonde

This season, our teen students will come together to produce the upbeat, witty, and empowering musical Legally Blonde. With more than 70 hours of instruction, this production-based class invites older students to strengthen their acting, vocal, and dancing skills while working on a fully staged musical that celebrates resilience, friendship, and confidence.

About the Show

Legally Blonde follows Elle Woods, a bright and determined student who enrolls in Harvard Law School to win back her boyfriend — only to discover her own brilliance and strength along the way. The show combines high-energy musical numbers with warmth, humor, and heart as Elle learns that staying true to yourself is the smartest thing you can do.

The program culminates in four performances for friends and family.

Please Note: This production contains more mature themes than our other offerings. Content includes:

  • Romantic relationships
  • Suggestive humor
  • Depictions of sexism and stereotyping
  • Legal scenes including courtroom intensity
  • High-energy dance and comedic misunderstandings

We encourage families to use their best judgment and reach out if they have any questions or concerns about the material. Our team approaches these themes with care, always prioritizing the emotional safety and well-being of our students.

Every student is a valued part of the cast.

  • Every student receives a named role.
  • Each actor is given their own individual bow moment.
  • Roles are never limited based on a student’s size or gender identity.
