Cinderella (Park Side)

Park Side Afterschool Musical Theatre
Join us in the multipurpose room after school until 3:00 p.m. for an exciting journey into the world of musical theatre! This program welcomes students of all experience levels and focuses on building skills in singing, dancing, and acting in a fun, supportive environment. Through engaging improv games and confidence-building activities, students will learn teamwork, creativity, and self-expression while preparing for a special performance. This season, we’ll present our own whimsical version of Cinderella! Get ready for silly mice, magical fairy wizards who transform pumpkins into carriages, and even a group of aprons trying to solve the mystery of a missing shoe. Every student will have a chance to shine with a character and moment on stage! Students will get to perform for their classmates and then there will be two performances on the amazing Brook Haven stage for friends and family. Please see calendar for full details.

Attendance
Students must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates and times. Every actor, whether a lead role or ensemble, is used in the majority of the production.
Due to the team building and collaborative effort our program focuses on, our schedule does not support conflicts with other activities. Theatre is a team sport and the magic of what we do can only come from being there in person and supporting their fellow cast members.
Materials
A snack and water bottle
During the performance week, all students will need to wear a solid black t-shirt, solid black shoes, solid black pants (or solid black leggings), and black socks. This goal is for no ankles showing, and students to have a base layer of clothes that we can use under their NBT provided costumes. If you need support or these items provided, please email studio@northbaytheatrics.org and we will provide them for you.
Student Behavior and Attitude
Park Side Elementary School rules and the NBT Code of Conduct apply during all rehearsals and performances. Together, we strive to create a positive, welcoming environment where students of different ages and backgrounds can collaborate and thrive.
