The Addams Family

This season, our teen students will come together to produce the ecentric, witty, and ghoulish musical The Addams Family. With more than 70 hours of instruction, this production-based class invites older students to strengthen their acting, vocal, and dancing skills while working on a fully staged musical that celebrates resilience, friendship, and confidence.

About the Show

The Addams Family is a spooky and hilarious comedy based on the beloved characters created by Charles Addams. When Wednesday Addams falls in love with a “normal” boy and invites his family to dinner, the Addams family must navigate secrets, surprises, and one unforgettable evening. Filled with catchy songs, humor, and heart, the show celebrates family, love, and embracing what makes us unique.

Please Note

This production contains more mature themes than our other offerings. Content includes:

  • Talk of death and violence
  • Romantic relationships
  • Suggestive humor

We encourage families to use their best judgment and reach out if they have any questions or concerns about the material. Our team approaches these themes with care, always prioritizing the emotional safety and well-being of our students.

Every student is a valued part of the cast.

  • Every student receives a named role.
  • Each actor is given their own individual bow moment.
  • Roles are never limited based on a student’s size or gender identity.

All registered students are part of the show.
Auditions are only required for students who would like to be considered for roles with large amounts of speaking lines or solos. We make the process fun, supportive, and accessible.

At North Bay Theatrics, we put person above performance.

We know and value every student, regardless of the role they play. Our program is built on meaningful connections, student leadership, and creative expression. We encourage our teens to be who they want to be and celebrate their individuality both on and off stage.
