• Every student gets a named character. No “Tree Number Three” here.
• Every student receives their own individual bow moment, no matter the role.
• We cast without limits. Size, gender identity, and experience never determine who gets to shine.
• We custom fit each script and scene to reflect the unique needs of every cast and every student in it. No two shows are exactly alike because no two students are.
• We believe every student deserves to be seen and heard, and we shape our productions to make that happen.
• We value every student equally. Your child matters deeply to us, onstage and off.
• We prioritize student leadership, creativity, and collaboration. Students learn from one another, build relationships, and take pride in being part of something bigger than themselves.

Investing in Access and Equity

This year alone, we’ve provided approximately $25,000 in scholarships and program subsidies to ensure that every child who wants to participate in theatre can. Your support helps us continue this vital work by funding costumes, scripts, tech equipment, and most importantly, access.

We are proud partners of the City of Cotati Parks and Recreation Department, and we’re honored to contribute to beloved community events like Kids Day and the Cotati Tree Lighting each year.
